Hi! I’m Ellie.
I am the proud mom to three-year-old Ocean, the cat seen looking less-than-thrilled in this photo. He got his name from my immense love for the ocean. At 17, I earned my advanced SCUBA certification, which has taken me to the depths of Hawaii and Honduras, studying coral health and reef longevity. Ocean (the cat) and I are HUGE Swifties. He helped me survive the great Ticketmaster war to get Eras Tour tickets. I made sure to bring home a friendship bracelet for him!
When I am not listening to Taylor or talking to Ocean (which I never do BTW), I can be found around town with my camera either photographing seniors and families or at a sporting event freezing time for the perfect pitch or touchdown. I grew up an athlete playing both soccer and distance swimming. My swimming career took me to Alma College, where I competed until the pandemic. I am a HUGE hockey fan hailing from St. Paul, Minnesota, where I had a family member play pro hockey and help bring home the gold at the 1980 Olympics! Sports are in my DNA.
Now, as I figure out adulting, I enjoy cute coffee shops, working out, and reorganizing my kitchen cabinets on Saturdays. Oh, and meal prepping with my crockpot. That girl and I are a TEAM.
